Introduction

• You have not previously had an account terminated by vv555 for any breach of these Terms.

vv555 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend account access pending the outcome of that verification process. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any bonus balances.

Account Registration

To access the full range of vv555 services, including deposits, withdrawals, and game participation, you must register a valid account on the Platform. The registration process requires the submission of accurate personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on the vv555 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same personal details, the same mobile number, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Upon discovery of duplicate accounts, vv555 will close all but one account at its sole discretion and may confiscate any balances associated with accounts found to have been created in bad faith.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you, is your sole responsibility. 3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

vv555 may require identity verification (Know Your Customer, "KYC") at any point during your use of the Platform. This process may require you to submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or a selfie with your identification document. Withdrawals may be held pending the successful completion of the KYC process. Providing fraudulent or altered documentation is grounds for immediate and permanent account closure.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the vv555 Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). vv555 supports the following payment channels for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation from the relevant mobile banking provider. Processing times are typically under five (5) minutes during standard operating hours. vv555 does not charge a platform fee on deposits. Any fees levied by the mobile banking provider are outside vv555's control and are the Player's responsibility.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit limits may apply per account tier and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposits must originate from a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same mobile banking account used for the most recent deposit. vv555 charges no platform fee on withdrawals. Players must have completed the KYC process before any withdrawal can be approved. Withdrawals are processed during standard Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) banking hours.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 per transaction.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual bonus terms. Until the wagering requirement is satisfied, the bonus balance and any associated winnings are non-withdrawable.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Any Player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers more than once, placing opposing bets to satisfy rollover requirements with minimal risk, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms — will have all associated bonuses and winnings forfeited and their account permanently closed.

Game Rules & Betting

6.1 Finality of Bets

Once a bet or wager has been placed, confirmed, and accepted by the Platform, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. In the event of a technical error during bet placement, vv555 will investigate and may void the affected bet at its sole discretion. No refunds are provided for correctly placed and settled bets.

6.2 RNG Certification
